The programs/services of the Concord Institute are designed to serve professionals, and others, who are generally interested in the integration of the Spirituality and Psychology, and, specifically, in learning how to work, with themselves and others, in ways that support the integration of the spiritual dimension with the other dimensions of human experience. They are most appropriate for those with previous training and experience in a professional discipline who want to make the commitment to further intensive professional education, or for those in the latter stages of graduate study, or the first stages of a professional career. Trainees come from a wide range of backgrounds and work settings, so that the programs become learning communities whose members share both this interest in the spiritual dimension and also much diverse experience.
